Property Service Workers Protection Act
Under the Property Service Workers Act, the Labor Commissioner’s Office has launched an online registration system, for which all janitorial service providers are required to register. This online system has been put in place to ensure that all janitorial employers are in compliance with, and properly upholding, California labor laws.
Please rest assured that JaniTek has promptly registered all company branches with the online database, and is in full compliance with the Property Service Workers Protection Act. Being a Plus One company, we at JaniTek go above and beyond to ensure that our employees are not only treated in compliance with the law, but are truly taken care of.

It’s important to have wood cleaner in your cleaning stash, as you can’t use just anything on wood surfaces. Be sure to get something that will clean and polish without hurting the stain!

For tile, showers, and toilets, you need something that packs a punch. If you are using a product with bleach, take necessary safety precautions, such as opening windows and wearing gloves.
