How do electrostatic sprayers work?
Electrostatic technology is based on the principle that opposite charges are attracted to one another and like charges repel each other.
Electrostatic sprayers work by applying a positive electric charge to a mixture of water and disinfectant as it passes through the nozzle. This electric charge makes the mixture act as a magnet to any negative or neutral surface that is sprayed.
The spray tip used with the electrostatic sprayer determines the droplet size of the product, based on the EPA-listed dwell time. Once the disinfectant dissipates and dries, all surfaces are left spotless and disinfected.
