We learn your hot buttons, staff’s personal preferences, and facility use cycles. We are available 24/7/365 and responding/resolving to requests immediately is what sets us apart. Green Cleaning

We are a Green Seal-42 certified company! Anyone can use third party certified environmentally friendly cleaning products, however rare are the few who implement effective environmental stewardship throughout the entire cleaning process and company protocols. JaniTek works to minimize waste and conserve in all aspects of our company. Whether it be using microfiber technology, low moisture systems, or low decibel vacuums, JaniTek is constantly looking at ways to lower our carbon footprint and clean for health of our client’s staff and our janitors.

JaniTek Janitors

JaniTek is the “employer to help make ends meet”. For many of our cleaners this is their second or third job. It is part-time, and typically night work. They are working to make a better life. Understanding this, we treat them with dignity regardless of position; provide training, uniforms, supervision, feedback, and most of all care and respect. They receive 4 hours of classroom training before they even step into a building, then o.j.t. begins with their supervisor and before you know it, we have matched their skills to your type of facility. These are our JaniTek Janitors and they love to serve our customers!

Secured Service

Do you know who is in your building at night? Rest assured, JaniTek does! Once interviewed and hired, each of our Janitors go through a comprehensive BSCAI background check and social security verification. Our Dial-Direct check-in system pinpoints the time they arrive and leave your facility. Our Supervisors train and inspect our cleaners for securing all exterior doors and learn how to operate your alarm system correctly.

Client Connect

Client Connect is a convenient web portal created exclusively for JaniTek janitorial clients. Once you sign into the secured site, you can view your existing contract, schedule one-off cleaning tasks, and review project work schedules among other administrative tasks. You can also pull up the most up to date contact information, pictures, and bios of your dedicated JaniTek team.
